Unlike our full-service planning services, our coordination packages are here to execute the wedding that you have already planned! Many individuals find they don’t have enough time to organize the reception, have questions and concerns about the timeline, or need help with specifics for the day of the wedding! At Whitney James we take the time to understand your vision and what is most important to you on your day. Throughout the last couple months of planning we will work through a wedding planning checklist, offer vendor recommendations, manage and coordinate vendors as well as create an in-depth timeline. We want to make sure you feel confident, organized, and excited as the big day approaches! We will do whatever it takes to make sure you have the wedding you imagined!

Coordination

This service is ideal for those who have done all their own planning, and just needs someone to worry about the logistics on the wedding day, and hand off those last-minute details a couple of months out.

We provide vendor suggestions or design assistance, timeline for the day, are on site for set-up and vendor logistics. You won’t have to worry about a thing leading up to your big day! This service includes set-up and tear down, limited styling, assistance with wedding party and guests.
